With the ignition off, but the lights turned on the system circuitry
turns off the head lights but leaves the parking lights on.

I drive with my lights on and I forget to turn them off after daytime
driving. I wish I had an obnoxious buzzer that would tell me I had left
the lights on -- expecially in the daytime when its hard to tell.
