Take a look on page 16 at the Casa Royal. It's about the same size as your awning, and while the sides can't be removed, you can roll them up. The Nizza tent works the same way.

Brandrup has a near identical system to your Westy awning. This system has add on sides and modules and shares the same color pattern as the new Westfalia tents. You can order the main roof and frame and the walls and side rooms are all accessories. I would need to scan these pictures and post them when I have the time, but this is a near identical setup to your original Westfalia awning.
