This is on a 90 GL (252k miles, 20k on engine) First the story: slave cylinder starts to leak; save $$ and buy new one (2 months); during time frame (cold idle starts to fail) suspect temp sensor; hold off on temp sensor until new slave cylinder replace because of all the grime and stuff around the work area; cylinder replaced; blue temp sensor replaced; One ongoing problem: the hesitation on acceleration (suspect air flow box; I have one with about 10k mile on it somewhere but can't find so still looking before I start saving for another one) Results: 1. cold idle a little bit better but still stalls 2. temp gage on dash not working Has anyone come across this before and if so what was their fix? Thanks in advance Jere 90 GL 88 GL |
