Bentley pages 68-5 through 68-12 address retrofitting 3 point seatbelts for the rear and middle seats. It lists P/N 253 857 815D for the left side and P/N 253 857 816D for the right side of the rear seat. I stopped at my local VW dealer and gave him the part numbers and both were still available for around $85.00 each.
