There is no conversion of anything mechanical necessary. You can choose to
advance the timing if the fuel pump 3 to 5 degrees because the fuel burns
slightly slower, if you are burning only biodiesel and not mixing fuels.
You should also follow the washing procedures ( bubble washing works best )
to control the pH and to allow the methanol to escape, this will protect
your fuel lines and injectors.
