Seems to me if it was worth that much (or more) it would have sold by now.
JMHO.
In looking for the 'right' late model Westy I am finding that they sell for
$10-15K depending on condition, mileage, location, and the time of year.
YMMV.
A van described as above should sell at a premium in the Spring on the West
Coast. I am a little skeptical that the premium would be as high as
described by Misters Schwenk, Radcliffe and Fortin.  In my experience
overestimated market value is determined by how long it takes the "two fools
to meet".  I have bought some wonderful real estate after the first fool
gave up waiting and became realistic.
