Take the dishes out of the rearmost elbow level cupboard (before you get to
the tall cupboard).  You'll see a plate on the floor of that cupboard with 2
screws holding it down.  Remove the screws and you have access to the water
tank through a big screw-on lid.  this is a good time to clean it out and
put in a bit of bleach, etc.
