You can remove the whole utility outlet (four phillips screws). Then undo the clamp that holds the fill hose on. Now you have access to the back of the lock. Take it apart and put it back together with no tumblers or with all the tumblers filed off. Now you can use anything that will fit as a key. I made a permanent key from flatened copper wire. It is not removeable so it doesn't get lost. I tend to think that if someone hates me enough to try to poison my water, I need to change my life, not my locks...
