a recently discovered Vanagon Westy hidey-hole (while fixing my water-tank pump) is in the bottom of the more frontward storage compartment by the rear seat - the floor of said compartment pulls up with no tools to get access to the wiring harness. Don't put any "metallic 'G' devices" in there if you fear a electrical short.
