I put in some Bosch wires just now. Pricey and the lengths are not exactly right but the van doesn't miss on the level. I'll try it in the hills next and see what happens. Someone mentioned that there are different grades of Bosch, with OEM being the best. I didn't know that, hope for my $60 I got good stuff. Thanks to all for the time and knowledge. I'll let you know if this is fixed. If not you won't have to log on to hear my screams of frustration.
