Hi all- Recently I have been considering replacing the rusty heat exchangers in my 82 westy with bypass "J" pipes. My van is primarily a Warm weather vehicle so heat is not a concern. Has anyone had experience with these pipes. The other thing, should I be worried about the engine running hotter without heat exchangers. How will it affect windshield defrosting abilities on the not so hot, rainy days. Last thing, will I still be able to use the Gas heater without heat exchangers. Thanks in advance or any help -Saulius 82 Westy 130k |
