Take the screw out. Then slide the handle slightly rearward to release the hooked front of the handle. Then just pull it out. The sliding door handle will require you to remove the door panel or at least the front part of it near the latch. Be careful because it is very weak in that area. Use a putty knife of some other suitable tool. Once you have access to the area behind the latch, take a Phillips head screw driver and remove the single screw to the right.
