I removed the inside of my door panel last week for the first time. I was sketchy about it too, but it easily just popped off and popped back on. This is the '84. The '82 might be different for all I know..

Thanks, All, for advice on the "loose screw fix" for my sliding door handle. Now, how do I "pop" the door panel off--I don't want to damage anything. And once it's "popped" off, is it difficult to "pop" back on? ??? Thanks, Phaedra
