Thanks for all the input on making ice.  I'm gonna keep my ice trays and try
again.  The thing I didn't realize is that the Westy fridge seems to perform
at different levels of efficiency depending on the power source.  I haven't
tried making ice on the propane setting yet and maybe that's the problem.  I
ran the fridge on propane for the first time this past weekend and it did
seem to cool nicely.  The 12V seems to be the worst performer.  Why would
the power source make a difference?
