Subject: Removing BA6 - completely
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"; format=flowed

Anybody out there ever *completely* removed a BA6 including all the ductwork, fans, wiring?

How much work is involved?

I would like to remove mine with the intention of possibly selling it. I am concerned about removing the fan fixed to the inside of the rear bench, it does not look that accessible, protruding in a tight space behind the engine. And I am also concerned about the wiring going to the dash...are the BA6 harnesses independent to the point they can be removed without altering the rest of the van's wiring?

How much can I ask for the lot if I succeed?

Any help appreciated, before I crawl under with the scalpel.

Éric 84 BA6ed Westy
