Volks,
Weird problem.  I return from vacation, and happened to walk in the front of
my 81 vanagon (which had not been driven for 10 days) and heard a clicking
from the driver's side.
Heard it coming from under the dash from the relay closest to the door on
top of the fuse panel.  pulled each fuse one by one and found that fuse
number 6 made it stop.


Of course, now I do not have turn signals.  So, pulled a different relay out
of a partsmobile, and same deal.  Prior to my vacation the turn signals were
doing fine.


How to trouble shoot, or has anyone experienced this before?
