Look on my website -- there are two drawings for water-level and flame detector circuits. Flame detector is one of the amplifiers in the right-hand chip, pin numbers on the schematic.

Water uses the first three amps in the left-hand chip. The fourth is spare. Pin numbers on schematic.

Provides a variable (high) resistance to ground depending on what the water level is. The green wire from the LED panel is biased high with one megohm, gets pulled down to variouslevels depending. Ask me any questions after you take a look at the schematic.
