I've used the Coleman fold-down oven that someone else referred to (pensioner?) For what it is, it's great. Compact, lightweight, and simple. Not a dutch oven but really serves a different purpose. On a rainy day last year I made chocolate chip cookies that turned out great. That just about taxes my cooking abilities i'm afraid.
