No need to remove the stovetop to get the fridge out! If memory serves correctly, there are a number of screws around the outside of the door, then a couple inside the cabinets to both the left and right sides of the fridge. (Take the door off of the fridge first.) From the outside of the van remove the flu screws. From inside right cabinet, you can access both the propane and the electric up and behind the fridge. Disconnect both (remember to turn the propane off first). It helps to have somebody push the flu down and out as you remove the fridge. I believe that's it. Somebody correct me if I missed anything.
