This particular model would be the equivalent of the Camper model sold in the US before 1988. It shares the features and upholstery of my '87 Camper. VW of America quit importing a lot of the lower end Vanagon models and syncros in 1988, but produced and sold them in other markets (including bringing the syncro back to the US) up to 1992. This particular vehicle is probably Spanish and an '88 or '89 model.
