Ken, I bought a "spare" ignition switch from you last year to have for "emergency." I may have need for it now, since starting has been questionable, at best. After a week of "weak" starts, there is clicking and no start, even with a battery charged to 13.7 volts. You posted a method of testing the replacement ignition switch which involved leaving the original switch in the installed position. Can you resend that posting to me? I can't access the Archives. I am without the use of the Westy until I determine if the problem is ground, solenoid, starter or ignition switch...or something else.................... Thanks, Tom Hanlon Palm Springs, CA 84 Westfalia |
