One trick you may try.
Take a good socket that fits the bolt head and hit the socket solidly
with a 3 Pound hammer (do not use an extension bar, hold it with channel
locks or vice grips). This should break it loose and you can turn it with
a breaker bar. Be sure you use a six point socket, an impact socket in
good condition. Make sure the socket has good straight sides.
