Pronounced "say-at", I believe. Seat used to make modified Fiats. Then VW bought Seat, which now makes VW-based cars. VW also owns Skoda, Lamborghini, Bugatti, NSU, Audi, Bentley and I bet has its eye on BMW.

early VW-based Seats used to be sold here.

Sanglas. Used to fit bored-out Yamaha engines into ugly Spanish frames.
