I'm not all that upset about multiple names or personalities here, but the accuasation that someone never helps anyone else on the list is ludicrous!!

Just because someone doesn't post to the whole list every time someone pleads for help, doesn't mean dozens of folks don't reply privately to the needy individual. I thought that was one way of cutting down on the message clutter. If I have an answer I'm confident in backed up with some personal experience, and it would benefit others that may have the same question on their minds, I'll send it to the whole list. If not, a personal response is more appropriate and it seems that when I send personal responses as opposed to "bulk email" to the whole list, I get more personal thank yous for the efforts. No research to back this up, just a gut feeling

I'm still not sure whom we're talking about in the first place.
