Hi Fellow Vanagoners,

I had heard the horror stories about the Bus Depot from the Vanagon List,
and from Westfalia.org. In fact, the negative comments about Bus Depot from
Westfalia.org were so nasty, that I just thought the guy who ran the site
was just some rude guy that loved to cause trouble!

I was wrong!

I have been waiting 10 days for my order of tank outlets, a westy sticker
for the fridge and the gaskets for the outlets. I had placed a much larger
order with Go Westy! that very same day, and I received that order a week
ago. It was packed very well, and was all inclusive of the order. It even
included installation instructions for some items!

I called the Bus Depot yesterday, left a message to return my call. Then
sent them an email. Didn't hear anything, so today called them and was told
my order was never shipped because they don't have the parts.

I had to wait 10 days to call THEM to find this out? They had my email
address, as well as my phone number. I have been on hold on my project for
6 days with everything torn apart in the carport waiting. <sigh>

I just wanted share this with others, so your projects won't get waylayed
by an inept business operation. I definately suggest Go Westy! Their
service and help has been awesome.
