Subject:      ETKA on Win NT (Hardlock program hangs)

I'm trying to get the ETKA CD to run on WIndows NT.
However when I run the hardlock program, it seems to hang -
but does manage to create a .tmp file on my hard disk that will, if given enough time, fill up all the free space on the hard disk.

Has anyone run across this problem?
It ran fine under Win98.
