Starting Point:

Check that your battery terminal connections are squeaky clean, and the posts and cable connectors have plenty of fresh bare metal showing for metal to metal contact. Also be sure the "heavy wire" connection (hot wire) at the starter is also clean.

After that...it's check the circuits and connections down the line. No easy task.

I will say that rebuilts sometimes don't last, unfortunately. Even new stuff sometime fails. Had a brand new $5000 piece of aviation navigation equipment installed on my airplane once. As I flew away from the airport where the shop was, the unit failed permanently 5 miles out. Flew back and had to have another brand new unit installed. The technicians could never get the first one to even turn back on to test it. So you never know until it happens.
