You might check the grounds in the area (at the water tank and from there to the body), but in general it's probably normal. The LED lights up whenever the thermocouple lead goes a few millivolts negative to the LED panel ground lead. The way the grounds are set up makes it quite plausible that running the water pump would pull the panel ground a few millivolts positive relative to the fridge ground -- that's all it would take. Usually when you run the water you aren't looking at the LED panel, I suspect -- mine has behaved this way as long as I remember.
