I just ordered and received a "starter kit" from POR-15 (which I ordered online - see http://www.stopcorrosion.com ) which includes about 3 or 4 product samples to repair a fair amount of good size rust areas. I have not tried yet but small seem rust is my next task. A Dremel tool is what I plan on using, and imagine I will look much like a dentist going in deep and carefully in a small area and using POR-15 products.

The catalog you receive from them has tons off anti-corrosion products for wheels and just about everything you can think of.

I have used POR-15 and can attest to it's ability to stop rust, but it must be used with the strictest of caution... it is extremely toxic. However, another listmember has recommended a product called Coroless (sp?). He/she claimed it is better than POR-15. I can't vouch for that since I have never used it, but thought I would throw it out to the list.
