Subject: golf/jetta 3 check engine light question (vanagon content)

My problem is that I need a couple of the wiring diagrams from a Bentley manual for the OBD-2 Golf/Jettas (1996 or newer IIRC). I need the wiring diagrams that show how the check engine light is wired from the ECU.

I am doing a TiiCo Conversion and want to have a dash mounted check engine light. My Vgon is wired for a OXY sensor light even though the LED isn't installed (There is the little black thing in its place, but the wiring in the cluster is there). The TiiCo ECU is a newer version of the Motronic FI from the gen 3 VWs. I want to install the LED in its socket (formerly wired for the OXS) and use it to run the check engine light. Sean B. '90 V'gon, "Happy Bus", pseudo Wolfy Torrance, CA http://vgonman.vwtrek.com
