First you have to remove the oxidation----
This means rubbing out the paint, and then polishing.

Then use a premium wax to seal the surface.

I like Zymol, or Rain-X paste wax for a long lasting, and durable
finish.

Big job---- but this is the correct way of saving and preserving the
paint.
