Bentley (19.8) says "heat thermostat in water. Opening begins approx 85C 185F. Opening ends approx 105C 221F. Stroke minimum 8mm 0.315 in."

They don't explain how you get water to 105C in a transparent container...I think you'll have to use 50/50 coolant mix instead of water.
