Since I almost never have passengers, that's right where I want it! :) But most importantly, assuming all this "run while mobile" stuff completely fails (and it probably will never pass long-term readiness testing) the point would be that you can't run the factory a/c while parked without the engine running. The worst-case scenario here is that I get an a/c unit that will work fine where I tend to camp -- which is in the Appalachians, not Bryce Canyon -- as long as I run a cord from my host's cabin. |
