Lee, I rank it up there with the "bored bus" modifications that another listee did earlier in the year. I'd love to have the real thing. Except you will have to chop part of your head to sit in it unless you're a midget. Most top choppers section the seat supports to regain the headroom. It'll be difficult given the present seating pedestal in a Vanagon. The overall proportion looks like Otmar's stretch Westy. Can you imagine his stretch with a top chop as well? Can you stretch your little red wagon chop top just for the halibut? I would love to own one in real life. Anybody out there handy with a welder and inexpensive? BenT |
