Hi Mark, The short answer is yes. The long answer is that I kept adjusting the clearance to 0.006 over the course of a couple weeks. I did this some time ago, so I want to check it again. BTW I have no tappet noise. Like you I plan to replace my fuel pressure regulator. David's post was a nice job, wasn't it? I also had that oil temp/pressure anomaly a week or so ago that I need to check the belt tension. I just need a couple of days to clean the engine & ancillaries up.
