Dad had a '55 Flexy motorhome with a Detroit diesel and Allison trans. Very nice. They would go on vacation to Mexico for months at a time with it. "Someone" left the '68 Loaf Camper in 1st gear once, and they towed it that way long enough to do in either the engine or trans :( (can't recall the nit grit).
