Ok, I worked out the numbers.  Bosch wants fuel pressure to be a constant
2.5 bar or 36 psi greater than manifold pressure.

Lessee, 12" vacuum = (29.92" - 12") MAP [Manifold Absolute Pressure] =
17.92" MAP = 8.7 psia [psi absolute, referenced to complete vacuum] MAP.


Spec is (36 psia + MAP) = 44.7 psia = 30.2 psig [psi gauge, referenced to
atmospheric pressure].
New one is a pound high, old one two pounds high.

18" vacuum = (29.92" - 18") MAP = 11.3" MAP = 5.5 psia MAP.


36 psia + 5.5 psia = 41.5 psia = 27 psig
New one is two psi high, old one is one psi high.


Sounds like they're both regulating within 38/36 or six per cent high.
