Hi All!

The Blueberry (84 GL) has been lacking power for a while now.  Here are the
stats and useful info:

Recently replaced muffler and catalytic converter
New spark plugs
Compression between 135-150
Cap/rotor almost new
Clean air filter
Fuel pressure - 34 at idle, 39 at full throttle
Passed emissions about six months ago

Runs pretty good on flats, but hills significantly hurt the power.  Living
in Colorado, this is bad!  It feels like the first half of the throttle
feels good, but the second half feels like the engine is simply lacking
power, maybe choking?

Any ideas?
