Hi all,

I have a request for information.

I am currently in Oz, but have an opportunity to move to Wellington in New Zealand. A cousin living there has info on most things, but not VW's!

Can any one help with the following :

- Were Wasserboxer T3's ever sold in NZ? - Are parts available, even if only from a dealer? - Do any mechanics know anything about them? - Anyone know anything about importing one into NZ?

Veronika the 1990 GL auto is just about as I want her, and it would be a shame to have to start again, and sell at a loss. On the other hand, the original motor (and heads!) are now at 165000km, so I need to know that I can get them done sometime.....!

I would be grateful for any help or advice. Thanks.

Take care + have fun, Ian
