Hi Pam,

How many miles has it been since you serviced the CV joints on your
van? Can't remember or don't know?

I would suspect the CV joints are the culprit.  If you are hearing
the noise now, be thankful that this is just a warning and you are
not stuck on the side of the road between Baker and Las Vegas or any
other awfull far away spots.

I'd say you still have time but you need to schedule a CV
repack/replace date with your friendly VW mechanic.
