What a very relaxing trip. We played tourist for a few days, canoed a bit, shot 6 rolls of film, and relaxed. The bus ran great until i lost all power and was billowing smoke on some backroad in the middle of nowhere Montana... To make a 200 mile story short, once i cut the oxygen sensor wire, it ran pretty good (18 mpg). After 500 miles of driving like that (and looking for any auto parts place in little backwoods towns) we found and installed an oxygen sensor and got just under 24 mpg (!!!!!!!!) for the rest of the trip :-) And that is with a canoe on the roof!

Email me for details... Matthew
