will, i just went from the PNW to yellowstone and back . I in particular
liked the drive along the big hole river in southern montana. Maybe
through west yellowstone, then towards virgina city (nice ghost town) to
highway 43. Then up highway 93, over Lolo Pass (east of missoula MT). Hot
springs up there :-), down highway 12 along the Clearwater and Lochsa
river...
