No, the fuel regulator keeps the pressure up. Spec per Bentley is 29-36 psi after ten minutes of sitting.

There is a tee just inboard of the distributor -- remove the screw closing the test leg and clamp a piece of 7-mm fuel hose on it, with pressure gauge at the other end. Note: 5/16" US hose is too big.
