I was speaking with Brian Steel today about soob conversions (
www.smallcar.com ) and he mentioned his 87 Syncro that he has for sale.
Someone should grab it.
Its got 140k or so on the motor, but new heads, mercedes 15 inch wheels, and
its in great shape. He converted it to a Westy, so its basically a cheap
syncro westy.
He wants to sell it to fund a project so if your looking for a very nice
camper throw him an offer. You never know
ps. he mentioned he has a brand new rebuilt motor (with warranty etc) on his
shop floor..
