I'm back on the List! Vanagon fever has returned. Read on.

I have just returned from a 10 day Westfalia camping vacation in Washington State. I rented a 1981 Westfalia from Northwest Campers in Bellingham, Washington. Kim and John Erickson operate a clean and tidy Volkswagen repair shop full time but also own 3 or 4 Westfalias that they offer for day/week/month rental. The 20 year old Westy we rented was also very clean and in excellent condition. The interior and the stove/sink/refer was exceptionally spotless. They provided all the basic housekeeping stuff plus a few extras. Check out their web site for more information (www.northwestcampers.com).
