The rear bar can be purchased directly from VW..

The part no.s are:

1x 251 411 025 C for the bar itself, 2x 253 511 049 for the linking bars between the sway-bar and the trailer arms 2x 253 511 417 and 2x 253 511 413 to mount the sway bar to the vanagon

These parts were used for the german ambulance Vanagons. You only have to weld a mounting onto the rear trailer arms, were the 253 511 049 fits into.

Originally, the ambulance versions used different rear trailer arms, but some people here in Germany use this stabilizer bar on the "normal-trailer-arm"- Vanagons.
