If there is anyone out there that is doing a I-4 conversion them self's.You are wondering how to get around the dipstick problem.Go to your local vw dealership get them to order the replacement one that plugs into your stock location in the side of the block. Now for the sleeve that you will have to make take the old dipstick out that came with your block machine the end off where it goes into the block and open the hole up till the new dipstick fits inside it.Drive it into block.TADA no plastic dipstick/filler neck.If you need cover for the covering the hole and you cannot find one email me for 8.00 plus shipping I will send you a block off stainless steel plate.
