Let me try to add this up:

* gobbledygook psuedo-scientific lingo

* stronger attempts to get us to market the product than to buy the product

* no pricing information (Counteract) or wide diversity in pricing
(jcwhitney vs. others)

If it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck & smells like a duck...
