Chad,

In my wanders I had a similar unit tested in Warren Michigan by the folks at
Tank and Automotive Command (Army). They were really interested in any fuel
savings seeing how they operate a number of internal combustion engines
worldwide.  But they ran three separate scientifically controlled  test and
the last was under the direction of the manufacturer and no fuel savings was
noted, not an ounce.

Second, looking at the web site the owner, Tony Gambino, the name rings a
bell but I can't remember from where.  In any case there is only
advertisement and testimonials no technical documentation, how it was
discovered, no picture of the guy accepting the Nobel Prize in chemistry
etc....

But it appears that the marketing guys have done their homework, more $ per
cylinder....
