I have a set of all three of the outlets from this OEM manufacturer. I concur with the prior post that these items are of apparently lower quality than the originals.

Although I have not had any problems with the tank filler (which includes a one way flapper, very nice), the city water connection has broken already. I was very careful during the installation, and I did not feel that I was overtightening the threaded connection in the rear (Pipe threads are tapered, and I knew that it was a possibility to crack the housing), but nevertheless, several months later, it is cracked. Probably only a specific defect in that part, in my charitable opinion, but I don't know. On the other hand, hey, nobody else makes them, so what can you do?
